Health tips of Grandmother's for iron health


Our grandmothers had their secrets to heal the little sores of everyday life and prevent some ills, long before the pharmaceutical industry took charge of our health. They had inherited from their ancestor's recipes, potions, remedies, tricks ... they made alone, based on natural products. Today, the effectiveness of these small remedies is well established. Here are some of them.





Lower cholesterol:

Infuse tea with cinnamon or put it directly in hot water and sugar with honey. Two cups a day are enough. Crush a clove of garlic in a spoonful of cider vinegar and pass the mixture on the buttons for a quarter of an hour. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Fill Burns:

 Cut a potato in half and rub the flesh of the potato on the burn. Relieve stomach upset to take an infusion of chamomile, mint, linden, tarragon, fennel or orange blossom. To drink very hot.

Treatment of warts: Cut one onion in half and make a bandage with one of the two halves, which you will have on the blemish during the night. Keep the second half for the next night. Renew the operation until disappearing.

Relieve sinusitis: Cut onion and sauté it in olive oil. Then make a small bundle with the onion and gently apply on congested sinuses.

Stop a migraine: Take a paper bag, place it on the mouth and nose and breathe quietly. Be careful though to let some air in and stop immediately if you do not feel well. Make a herpes pimple disappear: As soon as you think that herpes begins to form, take an ice cube in your refrigerator and apply it for about ten seconds to the spot where you feel it will appear.

Relieve mosquito bites: Rub a few sprigs of fresh parsley on the buttons for a few seconds and leave to act in the open air, at least 30 minutes. To keep both the line and the shape: When you wake up, drink a squeezed lemon diluted in water. It is imperative to wait half an hour before eating or drinking for the effects of lemon to act. Lemon juice stimulates the digestive system, eliminates toxins while promoting intestinal transit. It is also a natural anticellulite.

Answer nervousness: If you feel tense, drink a teaspoon of honey diluted in a glass of hot milk. Prepare a large glass of warm milk in the evening, in which you add a teaspoon of orange blossom, and you will sleep like a baby!

Slide the pain of the rules

In the parsley, there is an oily aromatic substance "Apiol" effective against the pains which precede the rules. Make infusions of parsley 2 to 3 days before the date of your next period.

Stop the vomiting: Apply a hot water bottle on the belly. Also, drink some very strong sips of black tea with some freshly squeezed lemon juice and some sugar.
Stopping diarrhoea: Rice cooking water and carrot soups once saved babies from dehydration. So prepare rice and munch carrots in case of diarrhoea; and if you have nothing on hand, a little Coca Cola will do.

Soulager a painful joint: If after a shock you have pain, you can make a dressing in leaves of cabbage. After having flattened the green cabbage leaves, apply them on the painful joint and hold with a bandage for the night. To avoid in case of a wound.
